At Jelbab Collection, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases where an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
To request a refund:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for change of mind, including size or colour swaps.
To qualify for an exchange:

Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance, makeup, or tan marks, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, including shipping the new item back to you.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed damaged.
