Pickup Policy

We offer convenient local pickup for customers located in Sydney.

  • Pickup is available from Bankstown, NSW.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or text message with the full pickup address and collection instructions.

  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving, as all items are prepared and packed to order.

Pickup is free of charge.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • All items are handmade and packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and peak seasonal periods.

International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, unforeseen courier delays may occur. Jelbab Collection is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or public holidays.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, buyers will be responsible for covering the reshipment fee.
